Returns

Please note that Supertubes Surfwear is a small family owned business and our returns policy may vary from large international companies.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are only available for items that have been deemed faulty by us.

We will gladly exchange if you need a different size, however, we do not exchange for change of mind.

Items cannot be returned if the incorrect colour or choice has been made.
(Clothing colours, and prints may vary slightly from the display on your monitor or internet browser)

We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on sale, discounted promotional items or items purchased in a buy one get one half price offer, except when the item is deemed faulty by us.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or paypal account that was used to make the original purchase.

Please allow 14-21 days from the day we receive your return for your account to be credited.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All our products are inspected before dispatched for quality control.

Once an order has been placed we cannot change or cancel this order.

We do not process orders on weekends, national public holidays or Western Australian public holidays or when our online shop is closed for holidays etc.

Please ensure that you enter your correct delivery address. If you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped Supertubes Surfwear accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered and will not replace orders that have been sent to addresses that have been incorrectly provided by the customer.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Items must be returned:

• Within 7-10 days from when you receive the item.
• By registered post with a tracking number
• In their original condition and original packaging
• All labels and swing tickets attached
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from odour including tobacco smoke
• Free from noticeable wear including: makeup stains, tanning marks, deodorant or perfume stains or odour and clothing that have been stretched.

TO START THE RETURN PROCESS

Contact us at Supertubes to notify us that you are intending to make a return.
Please provide the following information.

• Purchase date
• Receipt of purchase
• What you would like to return
• Why you would like to return it
• If damaged or faulty a photo highlighting the damage or fault is required. If you are emailing us in regards to a faulty item please wait for a response prior to posting.

To return your item/s:

• Please ensure that all returns are sent via Australia Post using a registered post satchel so you can track and trace your item/s
• Include a self-addressed Australia Post registered post satchel pack with a tracking number along with the item/s being returned
• Please include your original order invoice and your full contact details along with the item/s being returned

Please Note:

• All postage costs for returns other than damaged goods are the responsibility of the customer
• If an item is deemed by us to be faulty we will reimburse the freight cost
• Supertubes Surf Co. is not responsible in the case of delivery losses or delays
• We recommend you hold on to the tracking number to ensure a safe return.
